Chennai Steal last-gasp win over RCB

R Jadeja celebrating after the last ball was judged a NO ball to take CSk to a win

We experienced a thriller in chennai tonight, Ravindra Jadeja and MS Dhoni drove chennai to an unlikely win  over RCB at Chepauk. A last gasp steal proved why they are the most successful team in this league. MS Dhoni lead Chennai Super Kings has done some miracles before this as well.

Earlier tonight MSD won the toss and elected to field first. Morris got rid of Gayle storm in first over of his when the total team score was 6 only. Then the inform caption Virat Kohli and AB deviliers took the responsibilty and played extremely well. Kohli was lucky to not given out caught by MSD of Bravo. He capitalised on that to score a brilliant 58 of 47 balls including 2 fours and 2 big sixes. But the best inning was played by AB Devilliers who scored 64 of just 32 balls. Rest of the batsman failed to contribute more.

In reply, CSK openers stared like a test match. Hussey who scored blistering 86 not out in last match disappointed by scoring just 6 of 16 balls so as M Vijay who added 2 of 5 balls made the task of RCB a little easier. But Raina and Badrinath showed some kind of resistance. Raina was caught at short thirdman by Karthik of S Mohammad scoring 30 of 22 balls. Then landed the HELICOPTER. MSD added a valuable 33 of 23 balls with a massive Yes bank Maximum of 104m to Rampaul second longest to Gayle (106m). But the real inning of the game was played by SIR Ravindra Jadeja scoring 38 of 20 balls. In the last over of the match, CSK needed 16 to win, Jadeja hit 4,6,2 of first 3 balls. On the last ball they needed 2 runs with Jadeja on strike everyone felt that its CSK's but he hit that ball straight to the throat of third man for a catch practice but eventually umpire's hand came out of pocket to show that its a NO ball and the match finally was won by Chennai. R Jadeja was awarded man of the match for his inning. RCB on the other hand played exceptionally well to take the match to last ball.
